He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl (Chris); his grandchildren, Dwayne Lewis, Ashley Lewis, Trey Lewis (Jaden) and Tucker Joseph Lewis; his siblings, Ann Latta of Lexington, KY, Ruth Weaver of Colorado and Pitts of Fayetteville; and his friend Carol Maggard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
