She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen T. Horne, Sr. and Evie Lee Horne (Lois Horne); and her siblings, Stephen T. Horne, Jr., Alfred Horne, Robert Horne, Sr., Gary T. Horne, Sr. and Charleen Horne.
She is survived by: her children, Peter G. Rogers, Jr., Wendy Rogers and Stephen Rogers (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Justin Vinson, Abigail Rogers, Sarah Rogers, Chase Rogers and Bryanna Smith; and her sister-in-law Audrey Horne (Lisa Horne). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Chapel Hill Burn Center in Jeannette's honor.
