He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Owens; his parents, Elzie Owens and Mary Owens; and his brother John Owens. He is survived by: his wife Ada Carol Owens; his daughters, Cindy Harris, Jr. (Robert) and Vicky Wesner (Matt); and his siblings, Larry Owens (Donna) and Kathryn Patterson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
