He is survived by: his sisters, Sallie McCormick of Red Springs, Hattie Kells of Red Springs, Sadie Winston of Fayetteville, Mildred Davis of Fayetteville and Mary Ola Glaspie of Fayetteville.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Herring Funeral Care & Cremations (2720 Murchison Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the First Freewill Baptist Church.
