He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Sue Smith; his children, Kellie Johnson (Kim Donica), Grey Johnson (Laura Johnson), Maya Johnson and Eric Johnson (Julia Nichols); his grandson Colton Nichols; his son Stuart Johnson (Adele Johnson); his grandsons, Nicholas Johnson (Kiersten Johnson) and Nick; and his great grandchild Carolina.
