He is survived by: his wife Tina Jones; and his children, Pamela Underwood (Delwin), Baron Jones, Shanta Manning, Calais Murphy, Victoria Sheppard, Billy Ray Sheppard Jr., Lasonya Simmons, Charita Sheppard, Deborah R. Scott-Hicks (McKinley) and Darry Ogden (Sharon). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
