He was predeceased by: his wife Betty. He is survived by: his children, Carl Izurieta (Tina) of Waxhaw, Francis Izurieta (Heather) of Waxhaw and Maria Izurieta-Herring (Stephen) of Fayetteville; his great grandchildren, Leighton and Malcolm Stall; and his brothers, Alphonso, Eduardo and Jaime. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
