In loving memory of Helen Ruth Hill of Fayetteville, North Carolina, who departed this world on December 13, 2024 at the age of 90. Helen leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Leslie Torrans and Mattie Spell Torrans; her husband Dr. Jack V. Hill; and her brother Samuel Edward Torrans. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Samuel C. Hill, IV (Karen) and Dr. Ashley Hill; and her grandchildren, Grayson Hill, Sydney Hill, Owen Hill, Emery Hill and Elise Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Red Hill Universalist Church Cemetery (7031 Taylors Bridge Hwy, Clinton, NC 28323).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fayetteville Animal Protection Society, 3927 Bragg Blvd., Fayetteville, NC 28303 or to the Child Advocacy Center, 222 Rowan St., Fayetteville, NC 28301.
