She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Carper (Charlie) of Port Orange, FL and Robert Spicer, Jr. (Rory) of Fayetteville; her grandchildren, Caroline Spicer of Fayetteville, Cooper Wurst (Erin) of Fayetteville and Emily Watson (Brian) of Gainesville, GA; her great grandchild Lainey Marie Watson; her sister Dorothy Mertsoc; and her niece Virginia.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:45 PM to 3:15 PM at the Rogers and Breece Funeral Home (500 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Rogers and Breece Chapel (500 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Snyder Memorial Baptist Church in Fay's memory.
