Evans (Fayetteville, North Carolina), born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away at the age of 91, on November 10, 2024. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parent J. C. Bethea; and her husband Willie Ford Evans, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Willie Evans Jr. (Ellen), Micheal Evans (Cathy), Dennice Torrey, Aurdie Evans (Lela) and Debra Bradley (Chuck); her sister Chearlon Floyd (Arthur) of East Point, GA; her sisters-in-law, Cleaster Bethea of New Jersey and Helen Scott of Lumber Bridge, NC; and her aunt Priscilla Wiggins. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; a host of greatgrandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cunningham & Sons - Fayetteville (3809 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28304). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Ridge Missionary Baptist Church (722 Quick Rd, Lumber Bridge, NC 28357).
