She is survived by: her daughter Robin Black of Fayetteville; her sister Theresa Binder of Germany; her stepchildren, Karen Foley (Michael) of Lenoir City, TN and Jeffrey Blakney (Kathy) of Ringold, GA; her daughter-in-law Sherri Blakney of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Kelsey Dietzman (Andrew) of Charlotte, NC, Todd Blakney (Tricia) of Davenport, IA, Jordan Foley of Knoxville, TN and Bryan Blakney (Brooklyn) of Cookeville, TN; and her great grandchildren, Charli Blakney and Aryia Blakney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
