She is survived by: her husband Harold Thompson; her children, Branita Mann (Eric) of Jacksonville, FL, Karen Thompson of Atlanta, GA and Darryl Thompson (Suzette) of Miami, FL; and her sister Elizabeth Woodyard of Port Huron, MI. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
