He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Winston Rickman and Elizabeth Huckaby Rickman; and his siblings, Larry Rickman and Lois Ann Roland. He is survived by: his wife Judy Sykes Rickman of Fayetteville; his children, Timothy David Rickman (Maria) and Kimberly Denise Hockenberry (Dale); and his grandchildren, Lily Rose Hockenberry, Leah Grace Hockenberry, Everett "Rett" Hockenberry V, Alexander Luis Rickman and Andrew David Rickman. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church (6248 Cliffdale Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28314). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery (6248 Cliffdale Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28314).
