He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Tindale and Rita Sheppard; and his siblings, Daryl Tindale and Vickie Rae Goodman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Tindale; his daughters, Michele Averett (Michael), Andrea Tindale and Lynne Brown; his grandchildren, Ryann Henriquez (Andre), Rachael Sutton (Daniel), Jeffrey Drake, Miranda Brown and Nicholas Drake; his great grandchildren, Emma, Benjamin, Andre, Joshua, August and Jameson; and his sisters, Joy Bracey and Frances Angell. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home (545 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jernigan-Warren Chapel (545 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery (Fort Liberty, NC).
