She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Jay and Sarah Elizabeth Locklear; her great grandchild Michael Cain; and her siblings, Pauline Locklear Davis, Berline Locklear Carter, Luther Locklear, Jr., Marvin Locklear, Douglas Locklear, James Locklear, Brady Locklear and Gilbert Locklear.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Weaver Brewington; her grandsons, Jeffrey Cain and Dylan Lakota Brewington; her great grandchild Jacklyn Garrod; and her great great grandchild Caleygh Cain. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pinecrest Funeral & Cremation Services (4721 Dunrobin Dr, Hope Mills, NC 28348). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
