Deborah left this world on November 3, 2024 at the age of 65, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Deborah may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Deborah touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her children, Tonya Prewitt (James), Sharresse Whitted, Jonathan Adams and Willie Adams, Jr.; and her siblings, Wanda McDonald, Pamela Bright, Kimberly Purdie (Rodney) and Wendal McDonald. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, one great grandchild; and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel (431 Cumberland St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
