He is survived by: his wife Terry Barnes; his daughter Pamela Owens; his grandchildren, John Owens (Kristie) and Cheyenne Owens (Devin); and his siblings, Annie Jackson, Lucy Hulon, Frances Ott and Rickey Barnes.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Salem United Methodist Church (2165 Middle Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28312).
