He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cooley and Frances Hickman; and his sister Elaine Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Marie Owens; his sons, Randy, George Randolph Cooley and Charles Michael Cooley; his grandson Brian Michael Cooley; and his great grandchild Jensen Michael Cooley.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service (610 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Lafayette Memorial Park (2301 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301).
