She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonzy Gray and Lottie Gray; her siblings, John Gray, Dean Gray and Ruth Glenn; her grandson Jessie Cain; and her son-in-law William Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Cox; her children, Rebecca Wilson of Stedman, Deborah Cottrell (Brad) of Eastover, NC, Robert Smith of Eastover, NC, Donnie E. Jackson (Victoria) of Eastover, NC and Kenneth Jackson (Tammy) of Pennsylvania; her brother Warren Gray (Ginny) of Texas; and her grandchildren, Keith, Jennifer, Ashley, Autumn, Boo, Brittany, Heather, Jonathan, Shandi, Raven, Rachel and Kenny, Jr.. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Macedonia Baptist Church (5064 Macedonia Church Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28312). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
