He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Hamilton McPhail; his wife Linda Williams McPhail; his parent Quincy McPhail; and his siblings, Barbara Jo Teller and Robert Quincy McPhail.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Raub (Tom) of Roanoke, VA and Jeffrey McPhail (Sarah) of Fayetteville, NC; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Katie Raub, Aidan, Addison, Brionna, Molly McPhail, Riley Senger and Aaron Cassella; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Peyton Bonner; and his siblings, Kathy McPhail Degarmo, Gail McPhail Bowden (Bill) and Bill McPhail. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Rogers and Breece Funeral Home (500 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rogers and Breece Chapel (500 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301).
