He is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline Smallwood; his grandchildren, Joi', Ruben Smallwood of Fayetteville, N. C., Tanisha Baldwin of Killen, TX and Edward Baldwin Jr. of Columbus, GA; his great grandchild Legend Singleton of Fayetteville, NC; his sisters, Anna S. Noel of Baton Rouge, LA and Emma L. Thompson of Avondale, LA; and his friend Francis G. Henyard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great and grand nieces and nephews, cousins.
