He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Mann and Francina Mann; his daughters, Patricia Mann and Sandra Mann; his grandsons, Joshua Mann and Matthew Phelps; and his sisters, Doris Smith and Helen Eymer.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Fay Mann; his children, Charles Mann (Deddie), Pamela K. Daum, Audrey Underwood and Elizabeth Vernon (Greg); his stepdaughter Angela Allison (Jacob); and his brother Garland Mann. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
