He was predeceased by: his parents, Luby Baker, Sr. and Calethia Wilkes. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Baker; his sons, Emmanuel Baker of Farmville, NC and Wayne Baker, Jr.; and his siblings, Luby Baker, Jr. of Farmville, NC, Elder Lewis Baker of Greenville, NC, Eldress Edith Davis of Greenville, NC, Annie Mae Ulysses of Eureka, NC and Phyllis Bellamy of Maryland. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
