We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2024, at the age of 74, Walter Lee Tugwell of Farmville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Walter may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Moore Tugwell; his daughters, Kami Chase (Jason) of Snow Hill and Kassie Nance (Blake) of Pensacola, Florida; his grandchildren, Titus, Caleb Chase, Jaylee, Jocelyn and Jessa Nance; and his siblings, Kathryn Price (Ray) of Fountain, Steve Tugwell (Angie) of Fountain and Ricky Tugwell (Sue) of Fountain. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
