She was predeceased by: her husband Jessie Ray Grimsley, Sr.; her parents, Earl Rawls and Marie Rawls; and her son-in-law Randy Allen. She is survived by: her children, Janice Allen of Maury, Johnny Grimsley (Donna) of Belvoir and Jessie Ray Grimsley, Jr. (Kimberly Garris) of Greenville; her stepdaughters, BJ Ange (Elmer) of Chocowinity and Stacy Miller of Wilson; and her siblings, Shirley Rawls of Tarboro and Ernest Rawls of Tarboro. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
