He is survived by: his wife Ruby Kennedy; his children, Kristin Clemmer (Charles) of Farmville and Mike Kennedy (Michelle) of Farmville; his siblings, Sandra Blythe of Cary, Brenda Lewis of Morehead City and Stephen Kennedy of New Bern; and his grandchildren, Grant Clemmer, Davis Kennedy and Reed Kennedy.
