He is survived by: his children, Bobby Evans (Angie Evans) and Christie Weaver (Billy Weaver); his wife Faye Avery; his grandchildren, Will Evans, Haley Evans Freeman (Chase), Evan and Eden Wainwright; his great grandchildren, Skylar, Westley Evans, Elma Carmon and Matthew McLawhorn; his siblings, Edward Evans, Charlie "Bud" Evans, Ervin Evans, Howard "Toot" Evans and Betty "Sis" Harris; and his son-in-law Phillip Wainwright.
