She is survived by: her children, Carlton David Joyner of Maury, NC, Joseph Wayne Joyner of South Carolina, Reginald Keith Joyner of Winterville, NC, Linda K. Jackson, Cassandra Daniels of Charlotte, NC and Alesia Joyner of Farmville, NC; and her sister Shirley Rae Smith of Walstonburg, NC. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
