He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Ray Wooten, Sr. and Myrtle Harris Wooten; his wife Catherine Walston Wooten; his daughter Amy Lynn Wooten; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine (Jack) and John (Jane). He was also cherished by aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the home, 1403 Saint James Place, Kinston, NC Wednesday evening from 4 until 6:00 P.M. Memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association or the First Presbyterian Church of Kinston.
