He is survived by: his wife Anne; his son Brandon; his stepchildren, Seth (Shannon), Jacob (Lauren) and Jordan (Albert Parker); his sister Ann Hemby (Donny); and his grandchildren, Skyler Lewis, Trent Allen, Haiden Respess, Cody Allen, Harper Respess, Emerson Allen, Laken Charlotte Allen, Rowan Allen, Ledger Allen and Kennedy Shay.
