She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Shelton and Eleanor Shelton; her husband Norman Letchworth; and her siblings, Lenward Shelton, John Shelton, Helen Gay, Mary Davenport and Carrie Lee Sermons.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Letchworth (Ann) of Indianapolis and Jeff Letchworth (Rita) of Walstonburg; her grandchildren, Matt Letchworth (Amanda) of St. Louis, Brooks Letchworth (Manisha) of Pagosa Springs, Sara Sanacore (Mike) of Wellington and Rebecca Letchworth of Greenville; her great grandchildren, Camden and Harper Letchworth; her sister Lib Cunningham of Walstonburg; and her caregivers, Janet Joyner, Wendy Avery and Chris Harris.
