With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Hill Tugwell (Farmville, North Carolina), who passed away on January 24, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Hill and Callie Mae Gay Hill; her sisters, Grace Barrow of Missouri and Elsie Johnson of Stantonsburg; and her husband Stewart Tugwell of Farmville.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jean Blomberg of Hampton, VA, Vivian Elmore of Virginia Beach, VA and Carl Hill (Glenda) of Snow Hill; and her close friend Bennie Heath of Snow Hill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
