She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Mozingo and Gladys Mozingo; her husband Ruben Vandiford; her son Jake Vandiford; her grandson Lee Vandiford; and her son-in-law Bobby Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Vandiford of Farmville, Jean Harris of Rocky Mount and Randy Vandiford of Bell Arthur; her siblings, Gladys Bundy of Henderson, Bob Mozingo of Wilson and Roger Mozingo of Kenly; and her caregiver Geraldine Edwards. She is also survived by seven granddaughters; several great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
