She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Strickland; and her son Ronnie Strickland. She is survived by: her children, Beth Strickland Cobb (Carson) of Saratoga, Janet Strickland Doane (William) of Walstonburg, William Douglas Strickland (Sandra) of Walstonburg and Tim Strickland (Anne Marie) of Fuquay Varina; her siblings, Anne Craft of Walstonburg and Jimmy Wooten of Wilson; and her daughter-in-law Janice Strickland of Fountain. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
