He is survived by: his wife Eva Owens; his children, Stephanie Owens of Farmville, Felix Hubert Owens, Thomas Owens and Steven Julius Owens of Florida; his grandchildren, Melissa Brown, Beth Brown, Missty Henrriquez Owens and Crissty Henrriquez Owens; his siblings, Ann Webb (Skip) of Elm City, Louise Gardner of Fountain, Rachel Glenn of Newton Grove, Bobby Owens (Karen) of Newport News, VA and Linwood Owens (Ann) of Windsor, VA; and his nieces, Delia Everette (Junior), Judy Bradley (Gary) and Linda Ellis. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Elizabeth Catholic Church.
