He is survived by: his wife Edith Shackelford Skinner; his daughter Donna Tyson (Kirby) of Fountain; his granddaughter Kelley Tyson Evans (Jordan) of Winterville; his great grandchildren, Tyson and Bennett Evans; his brother Bobby Skinner (Gwen) of Farmville; and his sister-in-law Ethel Skinner of Yorktown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
