He is survived by: his wife Rachel Nelson Patterson; his granddaughters, Mary Wesley Craft and Madeline Walker Craft of Farmville; his brother Marvin Patterson (Chris) of Lucama, NC; his nephews, Michael, Tony Patterson of Asheville, NC and Tim Patterson (Dee) of Bailey, NC; and his sister-in-law Irene Craft.
