He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Galloway Dail; and his parents, Fred Dail and Mabel Fields Dail. He is survived by: his children, Jeanette Dail Oakley of Farmville and Edward Thomas Dail; and his granddaughters, Ginger Dail Elliott and Ruby Dail Latham. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
