She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Eugene Cuthrell, Sr. and Ruth McDaniel Cuthrell; her brother Elmer Eugene Cuthrell, Jr.; and her nephew Elmer Eugene Cuthrell III. She is survived by: her husband Albert Vanmeter Lewis, Jr.; her children, April, Chad Ross of Raleigh, NC, Angela, Clint Myers of Chapel Hill, NC and Ashley Lewis of Morehead City, NC; her grandchildren, Avery, Tate, Carter, Daly, Tyson, Charlee, Levy, Zayden and Lily; her siblings, Ruth Arita Cuthrell, Kathryn Carol Cuthrell and John Aubrey Cuthrell; and her niece Susan Cuthrell Johnson. She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
