He was predeceased by: his parents, Lila Rook Wells and Ervin Thomas Wells. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Wells; his daughter Lila Jean Pollard; his granddaughters, Addison and Kristina; and his siblings, George Wayne "BooBoo", Thomas Earl Wells and Evelyn Baker (Wells).
