He was predeceased by: his children, Scott Davis McArthur and Shirley Louise McArthur; and his parents, Annie Laurie and Alvin Davis McArthur Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Louise Briley McArthur; his granddaughters, Lindsey McArthur and Haylee McArthur; his sister Laura C. Diehl; his nieces, Claudia Stubbs and Sylvia Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Alanna, Russell and Grayson. He is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces.
