He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Haynie (John) of Tallassee, AL, Miriam Blanton of Shelby and Jeanne Shuford of Casar; his siblings, Ray Warlick of Vale, Cecelia Miller of Lenoir and Phyllis Miller of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Ernest Oliver, Jared Oliver, Anna Blanton, Caleb Blanton and Weston Shuford; and his great grandchildren, Dezsel Oliver, Vincent Oliver and Jase Ducker.
