He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. C. O. Greene and Eliza Brooks Greene; and his brother Stanley Greene. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Padgett Greene; his daughter Susan Greene of Shelby; his brother Albert Greene of Winston Salem; and his pet Daisy.
