He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Sloan Elliott and Blanche Mae Hudgins Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Tiddy Elliott; his daughter Jeanie Elmore of Fallston; his grandchildren, Elliott Newton (Tonya) and Carrie Timms (Joshua); and his great grandchildren, Austin Newton, Cash Timms, Ellie Timms, Aaliyah Sain and Trevor Watts.
