He is survived by: his sons, Todd Proctor (Cindy) of Shelby, David Proctor (Suzi) of Shelby and Steven Proctor of Albemarle; his grandchildren, Ashley, Jordan, Abbie, Will, Landon and Sara; his great grandchild Leo Larson of Shelby; and his siblings, Louise McNeely, Tammy Proctor-Harris and Larry Proctor of Shelby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
