He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Mead and Flossie Costner Mead; his wife Joyce Martin Meade; and his brother Kenneth Meade. He is survived by: his son Kale Meade (Pam) of Fallston; his sisters, Margaret Brackett of Casar, Mary Sue Boyles of Toluca, Janell Earl of Roswell, GA, Patsy Pennington of Casar and Dianne Morrison of Casar; and his grandchildren, Josh Meade of Fallston, Sarah Meade of Fallston and Bethany Meade of Fallston.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fallston Baptist Church (109 Circle Dr, Fallston, NC 28042). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
