She was predeceased by: her parents, Van Buren Brown and Lucille Peeler Brown; her husband George David Cannon; her brother Van Lane Brown; and her son-in-law Bradley Dean Bowling.
She is survived by: her daughter Erin (Michael Kelly) of Concord; her grandchildren, Carson, Parker and Will; her daughter Ashleigh Bowling of Cary; and her grandchildren, Braeden and Banks.
