He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Doris Gault and Maynard Gault; his friend Charles Seabright; his stepsiblings, Bill, Frank, Herbert (Buddy), Kenneth (Butch), Beverly and Anna Seals (Sissy); his brothers, Richard and Vernon Seals; his niece Stephanie Bosworth; his nephew James Albert; his wife Louise; his children, Pamela "P. J." Locklear (Eric) of Charlotte, Crystal "Chris" Wagoner (Darian) of Salisbury and David "Mid" Fox (Amanda) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Aidan, Aubrey Locklear and E'ire Fox.
