He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Ledford and Grace Bartlett Ledford; and his siblings, Roy, Raleigh, Ronald, Donald, Ray, Ralph Ledford, Christine Vadaz, Carlene Murdock, Ruth Randolph and Ilene Harrison.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Carpenter Ledford; his sons, Chad Allen Ledford of Spruce Pine, NC and Jeffery Keith Ledford (Kelly) of Marion; his stepson Travis Dale McKinney of Spruce Pine; his grandchildren, Elijah Colton Ledford (Taylor) of Marion, Joseph Tyler Allison of Marion, Ransom Blake Ledford of Spruce Pine and Tequilla Cheyenne Ledford of Marshall; and his great grandchildren, Samuel Jase Ledford of Marion and Raylan Thomas Ledford of Marion. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
