He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Bryant Evans, Henry Lewis Evans and Pat Smith. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Smith Evans; his children, Tony Evans (Mandy) of Faith, Dawn Mowbray (Adam) of Faith and Laura Evans of Faith; his granddaughter Kaylyn; his stepgranddaughter Autumn; and his brother John Evans of Salisbury. He is also survived by friends and relatives.
